Job summary

Par Health in St. Louis, MO seeks an Operations Shift Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, and cost efficiency in maintenance and manufacturing, including serving as Incident Commander during plant incidents.

You will lead off-shift and weekend operations, ensure training and qualification, and coordinate with Process Engineers to enhance production and yields while approving time worked in KRONOS and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field highly preferred.
• First Responder Qualified or ability to become qualified.
• Incident Commander certified or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement and enforce work rules.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site operations on off shifts and weekends; act as Incident Commander as needed.
• Oversee safety and training; ensure proper equipment, materials, and directions for maintenance/production.
• Coordinate with Process Engineers to improve production, quality, and yields.
• Approve operators and mechanics time in the KRONOS system and communicate exceptions to payroll.
