Job summary

LALA US is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the nightly maintenance team and direct technicians, blow mold operators, and process controllers. The role focuses on maintenance programs to boost productivity and cut downtime while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will work with the Maintenance Scheduler on PM implementation, and align with regulators to support SQF/HACCP compliance in a highly automated plant environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Leadership experience in maintenance supervision.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with GMP and hygiene regulations.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership to maintenance staff and set daily priorities.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work within budget and schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records and interpret downtime reports.
• Ensure a safe work environment and conduct safety inspections.
• Oversee PM programs and coordinate with Utilities Lead and Technicians.
