Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring a Machine Operator at the Middleboro facility. This 600,000 square foot plant has three production lines and can produce up to 80 million pounds per year of cranberries, employing about 200 team members.

The role offers a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am) with rotating weekends and a starting pay of $29.38/hour plus a shift differential, with indoor year-round work and paid breaks. Responsibilities include handling heavy materials, operating production equipment, supporting

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 48 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work a 12-hour shift on a production line.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy materials manually or with equipment.
• Operate production equipment and transfer products per best methods.
• Support production tasks for items being shipped.
• Perform quality, sensory, and sanitation tests.
• Read production readings and record data.
• Maintain material receipts, usage and inventory records.
