• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in a technical manufacturing CI environment.
• Experience leading teams and coaching operators.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Coordinate line operations and changeovers.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and Mars policies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Mars Supply Excellence (MSE).
• Coach operators and manage training and development plans.
• Partner with Area Management to ensure reliable operations.
