Job summary

Mars Petcare (Aurora, NE) is seeking a Production Lead for the night shift. You will guide a team of about 15 production associates, driving safety, quality, and cost efficiency while meeting area targets within the Mars Supply Excellence program.

You will coach, develop talent, manage training strategies, and collaborate with the Area Leadership Team to uphold policy and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 4+ years in technical manufacturing CI with HS diploma
• Experience leading others in a manufacturing setting
• Understanding of GMP and HACCP concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-line or area teams on a single shift to convert materials into quality products
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on shift
• Coach and develop associates, manage training strategies, and foster engagement
• Partner with Area Leadership to implement reliability strategies and Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) pillars
• Recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards on shift
