Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operating Engineer to support operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems on-site. The role involves a broad range of maintenance tasks and active use of the CMMS system.

Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience, trade or college education, and required certifications. The position follows a 4pm–12am schedule, Monday through Friday, with on-site presence expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Complete tasks including painting, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance.
• Maintain CMMS work order system daily and respond to tenant service requests.
