Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Three years of RN experience with increasing responsibilities.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Current California RN license.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts staffing to meet patient care needs by shift based on acuity and guidelines.
• Leads staff to measure, evaluate, act, motivate and counsel; anticipates problems.
• Maintains calm leadership during stressful or crisis situations; handles Code events and post-death processes.
• Models Studer Must Haves and provides clinical supervision across units.
• Ensures adherence to nursing policies, safety, and infection control standards.
