Responsibilities

• Assist with admission/transfer/discharge and orient patients to the hospital environment.
• Perform patient rounds for toileting, comfort, safety, and needs; respond to call lights.
• Prepare bedside units, assist with meals and feeding, and provide basic hygiene care.
• Assist with moving, positioning, and transporting patients; monitor patient conditions and report changes.
