Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Certified Nursing Attendant program or minimum 6 months relevant experience.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR/AED certification required on entry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Admission/Transfer/Discharge of patients and orient toward hospital environment.
• Conduct patient rounds for toileting, positioning, comfort, safety and needs.
• Assemble O2 and suction setups.
• Provide basic hygiene and feeding support to patients.
• Assist with simple treatments and monitor devices as directed.
• Record vitals, intake/output, and report abnormalities to RN.
• Support safety observations and communicate changes to the RN.
