Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for 20 hours per week on a night/NOC schedule in Albert Lea, MN. The NA will provide resident-centered care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily living activities and basic health care needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, vital signs, and documentation, while maintaining infection control practices. Requires MN CNA certification and willingness to work 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Active MN CNA certification required.
• Minimum age 16.
• CNA certification and continuing education compliance.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and meals.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Support transferring, positioning, ROM, and walking with proper technique.
• Document interactions and participate in wellness programs.
