Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfer responsibilities.
• Provide patient care within scope of responsibilities and document daily care.
• Follow telemetry process and collaborate with central telemetry for monitoring.
• Communicate changes in patient condition and patient care issues to licensed nurse.
• Maintain safety by following universal precautions and proper body mechanics.
