Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfer responsibilities as part of patient care.
• Prepare room setup for new admissions and greet patients.
• Assist with patient transfers and coordination of care under RN guidance.
• Enter orders related to equipment and supplies as directed by RN for accuracy.
• Provide patient care within scope of responsibilities and document daily care.
