Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up room for new admissions with supplies.
• Greets patients and orients to the facility.
• Documents patient belongings and inventories at admission.
• Transports patients to activities and other departments.
• Enter orders related to equipment and dietary needs as directed (RN guidance).
• Discharge planning and room prep for next admission.
• Provide daily patient care within scope and document it.
• Monitor telemetry and collaborate with central telemetry when needed.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the team.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control policies.
