Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead nursing care on the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule. This role oversees resident and staff activities, applies nursing practice and management skills, and models professional behavior for the team.

The position requires an RN/LPN license in TN and prior nursing home leadership experience. Responsibilities include care planning, staff supervision, and ensuring care plans meet residents’ specialized needs

Qualifications

RN/LPN license TN required.
Experience in nursing home leadership preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Assure quality nursing care delivered, focusing on resident outcomes.
Implement plan of care consistently and cost-efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians/other health professionals on care plans.
Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments per shift.
Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
Monitor staff activities to ensure care is delivered per plans and physician instructions.
