Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a talented RN Supervisor to oversee night shift operations from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring high-quality geriatric care and adherence to facility policies. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of nursing teams, and collaboration with physicians to support resident needs.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds a TN RN/LPN license, and has prior nursing home leadership experience.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.
Current TN RN/LPN license.
Previous leadership experience in a nursing home preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process and discharge planning.
Implement plan of care consistently to achieve resident-centered outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to update plans of care.
Deliver care and maintain resident comfort with current nursing practices.
Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit.
Communicate current treatment and assessment information timely and accurately.
Monitor staff activities to ensure care and treatment adhere to plans and physician instructions.
