Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care on the 7p–7a shift. You will apply clinical and management skills to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with facility policies.

The role requires an RN or LPN licensure in TN and prior nursing home leadership experience, with a BSN preferred. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current RN/LPN licensure in TN.
• Experience in a nursing home leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Ensure quality nursing care is delivered and outcomes-focused.
• Implement care plans consistently with resident-centered goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals on care plans.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care using current nursing practices.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit and shift.
• Communicate treatment/assessment information timely and accurately.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care and treatment follow plans.
