Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care on the 7p–7a shift. The role emphasizes leadership in a geriatric setting and adherence to facility policies to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising Charge/Treatment/CNA assignments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring timely communication of assessments. RN/LPN licensed in TN preferred with prior nursing home leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current license to practice as RN/LPN in TN.
• Previous experience in nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Direct formulation and implementation of resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care plans.
