Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a capable RN/LPN Night Shift Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care from 19:00 to 07:00. The role emphasizes delivering safe, quality care and ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures.

The supervisor manages care plans, coordinates with physicians and other health professionals, and provides leadership to Charge, Treatment and CNA teams on the night shift.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current TN RN/LPN license required.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

• Assure delivery of quality nursing care focused on outcomes.
• Implement and monitor plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on care plans.
• Provide leadership to Charge, Treatment and CNA staff on the night shift.
