GOLDENYEARS is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse for the 7 PM–7 AM shift in our healthcare facility to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in daily activities.
This role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards, maintaining quality care, completing charts, and coordinating discharge plans. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Ensure nursing staff comply with the facility's policies.
- Plan shifts, services, and activities with assigned staff.
- Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
