Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team for full-time night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; elder care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in health to appropriate team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and directs Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies promptly and knows when to call for backup.
