Qualifications

• Valid MA LPN license.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• TB test within last 6 months.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide specialized nursing care
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document accurately
• Support wound care, manage catheters, and communicate health updates to families
