Job summary

A leading assisted living provider in Rye, NH is seeking LPNs/RNs to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will deliver nursing care in a supportive environment, focusing on the well-being of elderly residents. Responsibilities include supervising care assistants, monitoring resident health, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in residents’ behavior.
• Directs the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse and neglect.
• Responds to emergencies.
