Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care in our long-term care and post-acute communities. The LPN will deliver compassionate bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and accurately document in EMR systems.

Working within an interdisciplinary, faith-based team, you’ll support admissions, discharges, and care planning while mentoring CNAs and promoting dignity, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

• LPN license required to practice nursing.
• Provide bedside nursing care and monitor residents.
• Document care using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care on night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident status and document changes in EMR.
