Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for full-time night shifts from 10pm to 6am in Rye, New Hampshire. The position offers an up-to-$44 per hour compensation and focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a warm, home-like community.

You will be part of a dedicated team, supporting residents and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe, respectful environment where long-lasting relationships are built.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the appropriate director and medical team.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in all job aspects.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
