Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. You will provide essential resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and help coordinate dining services with careful documentation.

We offer a PRN position with a new wage scale and a team-focused environment. Must hold TN CNA certification and CPR/BLS, and be committed to patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all forms.

CNA Position Summary

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
