Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks an experienced House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist to direct staff, interpret policies, allocate nursing resources, and respond to patient and family concerns. You will organize workflow, ensure duties are understood, monitor productivity, and coach teams in collaboration with clinical leaders and the CNO.

This role requires a Montana RN license, 3+ years in a hospital setting (ICU/ED preferred), CPR, ACLS/PALS, and strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from a nursing program.
• Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Montana with CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS required or must obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 3 years' RN hospital experience; recent ICU/ED exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance for staff in policy interpretation and nursing resource allocation.
