Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver seeks an experienced Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during night shifts. You will manage staffing, precept new personnel, and serve as charge nurse while guiding the unit toward KPIs and quality metrics.

The role combines bedside patient care with leadership responsibilities, including staff development, scheduling, and governance participation to maintain safety and excellence in patient care.

Formación

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN within four years if not already.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change, schedule, and maintain staff competencies on night shift.
• Precept, act as charge nurse, and support audits and career development.
• Manage unit resources and supervise staff to meet patient care and KPI targets.
• Coordinate staffing and hiring needs, ensure appropriate staffing per census and acuity.
• Support governance, promote safety, quality, and engagement on the unit.
