Job summary

The incumbent will manage patient care, mentor nurses, and drive unit KPIs and quality metrics while aligning with regulatory standards and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• RN must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate nurse to patient ratios.
• Provide bedside care, precept new staff, and act as charge nurse on night shift.
• Evaluate and promote staff competency and performance through reviews and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
