Formación

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice with BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN required; must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion if not already.
• Valid compact license transfers to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in assigned clinical area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead night shift, ensuring appropriate staffing and unit KPIs.
• Precept new staff and act as charge nurse on night shift.
• Coordinate care and resources using nursing process and interprofessional team.
• Develop and implement plans to move staff from novice to expert levels.
