Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and scheduling for night shift unit and manage unit operations.
• Evaluate and promote staff competency, performance, and compliance with policies.
• Supervise bedside nursing staff and act as charge nurse on night shift.
• Guide Unit Based Council activities and drive KPI/quality metric improvements.
