Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice.
• BSN required within four years of hire/promotion.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• If applicable, compact license must be transferred within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care as needed and supervise staff on night shift.
• Act as charge nurse and oversee unit operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Precept new hires and conduct staff orientation and competency development.
• Lead unit-based councils and drive KPI and quality metric improvements.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure documentation compliance.
