Job summary

Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during night shifts. You will supervise unit staff, ensure staffing alignment, and support nursing teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes governance, staff development, and guiding KPIs and quality metrics while maintaining bedside responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN from accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years if not already.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit during night shift and oversee staffing and patient care delivery.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure nursing processes are followed.
• Oversee staff competency, performance reviews, and caregiver recognition.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Lead Unit Based Council and drive KPIs and quality metrics.
