Job summary

Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the night shift, supervising staffing and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will support staff, precept on the floor, and contribute to unit-based council activities while aligning with KPIs and safety metrics.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN within four years of hire or promotion, with strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) within four years of hire/promotion if not already completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Provide bedside patient care and precept new staff on night shift.
• Oversee unit-based council activities and guide KPIs and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards and manage time, supplies, and resources.
