Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver, CO seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide shift leadership and clinical expertise for a busy night shift. The role combines direct patient care with unit management, staffing oversight, and staff development to achieve unit KPIs and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in the state, a BSN within four years if not held, and demonstrated leadership in a similar unit.

Competenze

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice; BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion; if an education agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence.
• If compact license exists, transfer to state of practice within 60 days of start date.

Mansioni

• Lead unit staffing and scheduling to match census and acuity.
• Supervise staff performance; conduct annual reviews and recognition; address disciplinary matters as needed.
• Develop and implement competency plans; oversee onboarding and staff development.
• Provide bedside patient care as needed and serve as charge nurse on night shift.
• Oversee unit-based council and guide night-shift quality metrics and KPIs.
