The role includes bedside nursing, precepting, charge nurse duties, audits, and leading the Unit Based Council while driving KPIs and safety metrics.

Required RN license, BLS, and BSN within four years; nursing leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Valid BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; BSN to be completed within four years if not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the night shift, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource allocation.
• Provide bedside nursing leadership and professional governance support.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff; facilitate unit council initiatives.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and staff competency development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory standards.
