Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the night shift, guiding staffing and care delivery. You will supervise staff, precept new hires, and support unit KPIs and quality metrics.

The role requires an RN with a BSN within four years of hire, BLS, and strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion if not already.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

• Lead change, schedule staff, and maintain competency across the unit.
• Provide bedside leadership during night shifts and participate in audits.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and manage unit resources.
• Supervise and precept staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure KPI targets.
• Support professional governance and regulatory compliance within scope of licensure.
• Assign staffing to match census/acuity and provide direct patient care when needed.
