The role encompasses bedside care responsibility, precepting, and acting as charge nurse on night shift, with office hours for audits and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their BSN within four years of hire or promotion date.
