Job summary

The role includes bedside patient care, precepting, and acting as charge nurse while supporting audits, staff orientation, and unit KPIs. Strong leadership and clinical competency are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state; BLS certification required.
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• If education agreement exists, that agreement will take precedence.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift nursing team and manage unit staffing and KPIs.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff and governance.
• Oversee competency, performance reviews, and staff development.
