Job summary

Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the night shift. You will oversee staffing, precept new hires, schedule staff, and guide the unit toward KPIs and quality metrics.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, a BSN, and ongoing leadership responsibilities including staff development, competency assessment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN within four years if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts and department operations.
• Oversee staffing levels and resource use to meet patient needs and KPIs.
• Lead unit-based initiatives, precept new staff, and participate in performance reviews and quality programs.
