Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during night shifts. You will manage unit resources, supervise personnel, and ensure staffing aligns with patient needs and unit KPIs.

The role includes bedside care responsibility, precepting, and acting as charge nurse on night shifts, with office hours for audits, orientation, and staff development. Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion; if an education agreement exists, that applies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise unit staff on night shift to ensure appropriate staffing and patient care.
• Oversee staff competency, performance reviews, and caregiver development.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
