Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift, manage staffing levels, and supervise team members.
• Precept new staff and act as charge nurse on the unit night shift.
• Assist with audits, staff check-ins, and career development activities.
• Guide Unit Based Council and drive KPIs and quality metrics on the night shift.
