Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts and within the department.
• Manage unit resources and supervise staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Support staff, foster professionalism, and lead unit-based initiatives and performance reviews.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee competency development, audits, and orientation for new hires and staff.
