Job summary

Intermountain Health Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver, CO seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts, manage unit resources, and supervise staff for optimal patient care and budget performance.

The role blends bedside RN responsibilities with leadership duties, including precepting, scheduling, and driving unit KPIs. Night shift, full-time, 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; BSN within four years if not already held.
• Valid BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the shift and within the unit.
• Manage unit resources and staffing to meet patient care needs and budget.
• Precept, orient new staff, and support unit-based governance and KPIs.
• Support ongoing staff competency, performance reviews, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
