Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• Registered Nurses (RNs) hired or promoted into this role must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of the hire or promotion date.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staffing and scheduling to meet patient needs.
• Mentor and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure competencies.
• Provide clinical support and governance for nursing teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and manage unit operations.
