Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification (AHA) and first aid training.
• De-escalation training provided on the job.
• Ability to read and write at elementary level to understand the plan of care.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for weight and vital signs.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to meet patient needs.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and relay information.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to nurse.
