Job summary

Harborview-Health-System is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering medications and treatments, supervising Medication Aids, and ensuring safe, continuous resident care within a skilled nursing environment.

The successful candidate will monitor residents, support daily living activities, document clearly, and communicate with the care team and families, while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
