Job summary

Bayside Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to oversee medication delivery and supervise Medication Aids where applicable. You will monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork with interdisciplinary staff and families, strict infection control, and safety standards to protect residents and coworkers. LPN licensure in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required, we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
