Baysiderehabilitation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Evening RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing care and support staff in a skilled nursing setting. The role runs 3pm–11:30pm and emphasizes safe, compassionate resident care.

You will supervise medications, perform admissions and assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Florida-licensed RNs or LPNs with long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is required.
• Evening shift eligibility and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
