Job summary

Briarwood Health Center by Harborview in Tucker, GA is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and help maintain high-quality resident care.

You will monitor residents, respond to changes, support daily living activities, document clearly and promptly, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
