Job summary

Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our faith-based team and help care for our residents. You will supervise medications and treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and comfort.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
